in old the kit kat advert the bloke says 'you can't sing, you can't...' what? followed by 'you look awful.......you'll go a long way'.

The end line was definitely (snaps KitKat) "You'll go a long way".

And if I remember correctly the actor who played the music exec went on to play Terry Raymond in Eastenders.
