If you mean the one on BBC1. nope

The one on BBC3 is on BBC1 next Monday

If it is the one on BBC1 it was the 1st part of a 2 parter. You do get the "previously on Spooks" before the 2nd part, so you wont be totally in the dark

Though you will miss the disgracefully gratuitous shot of Rupert Perry-Jones backside!?!?! (That may be a good thing though?)
