whats the big fuss about companies naming the track their using to promote the item, it would solve so many answers and give the artist the credit they deserve

The money paid for the advertisement is paid to advertise the product not the music. No company would want to use valuable air-time to promote a rival product - the music. Attention would also be diverted from the product.
Most themes for commercials are easily researched via the internet anyway.
