There is talk about producing a re-make of the Dam Busters. Has anyone any idea if they propose to rename Guy Gibbson's dog? Or will he not be joining the cast?

A Peter Jackson film in the making. Re-make of spectacular measure, one would hope.....
I'm sure everyone will be flying B17's and having peanut butter sandwiches whilst bombing the dams with absolute precision from 10,000 feet , whilst the token RAF crew crashes on take off...after all the Yanks did win the war, didn't they?
Sorry, back to the nub of the question. Perhaps the dog will be renamed. 'Dude' or 'Bro' come to mind!
I read the other day that the dog will be named "Trigger" As near as they dare go ?

Or "mother lover".
If the Dambusters was fictional then yes I would change the name from N****r but as it is historical then it has to remain.
I'm with Simeon on this one but I think they will probably leave the dog out of it
Probably do what they have done with the bird seed which is now called Nyjah seed.

Amazing a six letter word that is a definite taboo, not to be heard, written or spoken in any context whatsoever, and yet you can bet that the film will be full of four letter words and other expletives all of which offend me immensely.
