Alternative ending to 80's film "Big"

Loads of people know that the 80's Tom Hanks film "Big" has 2 endings. I bought the DVD in the hope that it would have the ending where Joshs girlfriend does go back and becomes "little" again (to settle a family discussion!) but it doesn't - any ideas? I'm sure I've seen this ending somewhere and every time the film comes on to the TV or a newspaper gives a copy of the DVD away, I start to think that I dreamt it somewhere!
