The main one is distractionism which involves Matt Damon distracting all the baddies by showing off his gorgeous muscular body all the time.

Kali is just the stick fighting In the film it is a combination of martial arts using wing chun as the main one try jeet kune do if there is one near you as this is a very effective martial arts, if there is a good teacher! because it concentrates on all round fighting.

its called kali sikaran. a filipino martial art comprising of five disipline's. panantukan(filipino boxing), sikaran( kicking), stick fighting, daga( knife fighting), and kadena de mano( close quarters hand to hand)
