Brokeback Mountain

I recently watched Brokeback Mountain which I thought was pretty good. Due to Heath Ledgers cowboy drawl I could not make out the last line. What did he actually say when he was looking at the photo he had pinned up inside his wardrobe? It is the very last line. All I could pick out was "blah blah blah...I swear.." can anyone help me out please? Thanks.
