Can anyone tell me where they filmed the sequence for the song "Who will buy"?

It is the beautiful crescent with a small park in the middle

It's all a fake set, I'm afraid! It's explained in a behind-the-scenes featrurette on the DVD.

Which was used in the film "The Wrong Box" with Peter Cook and Dudley Moore amongst others.
