"but you cant stomp all over the rights of the majority" you can these days...the woke minority appears to be doing it all the time and getting their way...A winning majority seems to count for nothing these days...

He is a man untitled, XY chromosome. If there is any doubt look at the picture.
are you aware of what an intersex person is toratoratora?

caster semenya was assigned female at birth and has not changed her gender… she has an unusual sex development disorder but such people do exist
I looked at a picture on here last night and thought it was David Haye but it turned out to be a white actor.

No strong drink had been taken.
This athlete clearly has a genuine problem but if there’s a ruling on acceptable testosterone levels none should be exempt. That’s not fair to other competitors.
i think it rather exposes the problems with the ruling in the first place…
Womens sport is all but done and clearly something untitled would like to see. Do you have sisters, wife, daughters or a mother I wonder?

Being intersex doesnt matter. She is not a true woman. It's very sad but you cant stomp all over the rights of the majority especially when you have an unfair advantage.
She is not transgender - but has a medical issue that gives her an advantage over other female athletes

Other female athletes also can be born with advantages. Very tall women have an advantage at the high jump or playing basketball, but there is no rule limiting a maximum height to make it fair to other female athletes.
//i think it rather exposes the problems with the ruling in the first place//

And I think you are talking out of your derriere.
No it doesn’t, untitled. One athlete’s problem shouldn’t dictate the rules that apply to all.
Good God, being tall is nothing like been stuffed full of testosterone.
is there any scientific evidence that higher testosterone actually provides an athletic advantage? the BMJ does not seem to think so and said so at the time

https://www.bmj.com/company/newsroom/new-testosterone-rule-for-female-athletes-risks-setting-an-unscientific-precedent-warn-experts/#:~:text=The%20regulations%2C%20proposed%20by%20the,times%20in%20order%20to%20compete.

the ruling was introduced with the intention of exclusing transgender women from women’s sport but in fact also it turns out excludes women with hormonal irregularities… to which the response seems to be “don’t care” lol. so much for defending womens’ sports.

untitled, the rubbish you dish out is unbelievable lol

meaning you disagree with it lol
ah there we go back to name calling

still not a communist and yet you continue to call me one… if i did the same you would run crying to teacher
"Good God, being tall is nothing like been stuffed full of testosterone"

No it isn't, but both have an unfair advantage in their chosen sports.
on what basis can you say that caster semenya isn’t a “true woman”? she was born as one and has lived as one her entire life… she was even subject to a sex verification exam and was allowed to compete as a woman thereafter…

she is not even the only athlete who has been affected by the new rules… christine mboma is too
