Nirvana for the producers, extremely inexpensive television to make, which is hugely popular.

It's not for me, but I do understand the massive interest in 'people watching' involved.

I don't watch anything like enough of the shows they feature for it to be of interest - and I guess that is a prerequisite of watching.

andy, I don't find it a prerequisite as I watch neither soaps nor Netflix and the like, (we just have Freeview). However, I still get maximum enjoyment from the show and I love to see the families pets, of course! x

I think one of the sisters was pregnant...also one of the friends. In both cases...the one on the right.
A lot of the cast are up and down with their weight.

gg, Ellie has put on weight through the many series. Izzi has lost weight, I think.

Whether or not you’re an avid television fan is irrelevant. Gogglebox isn’t about the programmes the watchers watch. It’s about the watchers - and I find them highly entertaining.
