Maybe 15 to 20 years ago had 'it's Good News Week' as its theme tune? As I recall it was a bit batty but I enjoyed it

Thanks but it was definitely a British sitcom, not an Australian panel show

Are you sure it was a sitcom? The song was used as the theme tune to the Australian comedy quiz show, 'Good News Week', from 1996 to 2012 (although not all series of it might have reached UK TV)

Good grief, well done! If I asked if I watched Dead Men Weds I wouldn't have had a clue about it, but that is definitely it.
