Hi folks, we have had a trial subscription (for free) for Disney+ for the last 3 months and now wish to cancel it. Can't seem to find how to do this - and not sure whether we should be cancelling it via the Disney + website or through my mobile provider (from whom the free subs came initially). Would be so grateful for some help please. Many thanks.

I also signed up for a free subscription via mobile service on O2 and voiced same concerns about how easy it would be to cancel at time. Would love to hear how you got on with cancelling, thanks, if you can give update.

Many thanks for the link - and in answer to Karamia, we sort of wish we hadn't ever signed up for the "free" subscription, because it wasn't really. Quite apart from the fact that we didn't find that much on it that we wanted to watch (apart from some Marvel films for Mr. Chox and "Hamilton" (which we hated) ... it was a waste of time (and money). I think Mr. Chox had to pay a £25.00 cancellation fee, but we're glad to be rid of it now. And it's not that easy to cancel - we ended up having to email their support team with various bits of information. Hopefully they will soon be sending us an email confirming that all is cancelled. Thanks for your concern, though - and hope the above has been helpful. Cheers, Chox.
