how can toyah be accused of murder when Imran was only slightly injured then collapsed as he was seeing toyah going in the ambulance 20 mins later from a cardiac arrest ,that's not murder, if she keeps her mouth shut ,no even the intent to murder (its a soap) getting boring ?

Imran had a stress-induced heart attack as a direct result of the crash. If Toyah deliberately caused the crash with the intention of killing Imran it is murder.
