Ok there was this cartoon from the late 80's and early 90's. It featured 2 anthro cats (Ya know cats that act like humans). On was thick and short the other was tall and gangly. They were car mechanics most of the time, but when the reporter-cat lady(who was the only one who knew thier identities) gave them the signal (I can't remeber what it was) they'd jump into action. They were masked with dark costumes and had a really cheesey bat-mobile-like car.

Does anyone know the name of this show?
