Anyone else fed up now with the overkill of soaps on tv? I used to be as big a fan as the next person, but they're all on too many times, and storylines are repeated as a result. The Christmas schedule is full of depressing storylines as usual, and ITV at primetime Boxing Night, have 3 hours solid of Coronation Street from 6-9!!

I agree lindapinda. They have become so contrived. Watching Nanamoon last night with Kat, that note she gave her, I could have put money on the way that script would go.

soaps are just a cheap way of filling in schedule on tv.

I was 'addicted' to six soaps. I am now down to one! As the story lines got sillier and sillier, I dropped them one by one. Just got Corrie to get rid of now!!!

Understand trish :-) Keep trying!!

Awwww...but I can't wait to see Fred Elliot as the Fairy Godmother in the Corrie Panto ..."you will go to the ball cinders...I SAY....YOU WILL GO TO THE BALL"...in his white frock (prolly with a butchers apron attached) hehehehehe.Actually ..I have no idea who is playing the fairy godmother but my fav would be Blanche.....ooooooo hehehe fairy godmother from hell!

UMMMMMM...not that I watch the soaps of course!

I have sort of given up on Eastenders and Corrie has a few boring story lines I am not interested in really.
