There's a beautiful blissed out d&b track that's several years old. The only real thing I have to go by is the vocal sample - from 'Taxi Driver' -
Robert do Niro,saying 'Twelve hours of work and I still can't sleep. Damn. Days go on and on' and the beat comes back there. Help please?

Thanks but no; it's a drum and bass (also known as jungle) track. I know the faithless track you mention, but this is definitely Robert de Niro speaking in the sample.
