BBC 4 Saturday 9pm. First two episodes last night. In French with subtitles. Thoroughly enjoyed both. Will probably watch the rest during the week.

An 11 year old girl goes missing in the 1999 storms

A girl was abducted and the policeman in charge always thought he knew who did it but he was taken off the case and the man was set free.
Fast forward 20 years, the policeman has passed away and now his daughter who is a captain in the police force has a similar case in the same area.

I was tempted a few times to ditch it, ( so slow) but, I perceived. I’d recommend it.

Finished it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The French are quite adept at this sort of crime drama.
