Title should be 'Yesteryear '
I haven't got time to watch repeats. I hardly have the time to watch some of the fabulous dramas and series that are broadcast for the first time.
I want to see Ellery Queen and petrocelli, just to see if he has finished building his house and is out of the caravan.
Oh and the Rockford files.
Up until very recently, I've been watching Last of The Summer Wine every day but I've been giving it a bit of a rest for the past week or two. I try to watch any episode of Air Crash Investigation that I've not seen before and I similarly tend to watch Murder on CCTV and Murder Come to Town.

Other than that, there aren't that many programmes that I watch regularly. (I probably watch far less telly than most people do).

However I've found some excellent programmes on BBC Alba (from history programmes through to canal journeys, etc). The fact that they're in Gaelic doesn't matter, as they're always subtitled in English. BBC Scotland also has some good programming, especially Stand Up for Live Comedy.
PS: What I do almost every day though is to listen to comedy classics via internet radio, with The Navy Lark, The News Quiz and I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue among my favourites.
I watch "The Avengers" most afternoons and I still love "Are You Being Served"!

Me also for - Air Crash Investigation.
None - I watch little TV and none before 7pm
I did watch Mash, most of season 1.
Now hooked on feelgood factor highway to heaven.
Previously did watch a bit of macmillan&wife.

If I was exiled to a desert island and I had to pick 4 from from my list , it would be a tough choice indeed .

However ( I might change my mind ) i would start off with the
following -

Minder
Frasier
Perry Mason
Wildlife docs
Love wildlife documentaries but can't watch the other "oldies" you mentioned, find them too dated. Having said that I watched Gene Wilder in The Producers last night and found it just as hilarious as it was in the 60s.
Pooka - //
I watch "The Avengers" most afternoons ... //

Where are you catching it please?

I can always use a vew of Diana Rigg and Linda Thorson - I still have massive crushes on both of them.
Question Author
The Avengers is aired regularily on ITV4, daytime
Columbo for me every time, I never tire of it and still have my favourite episodes which I can watch again and again !
The good life
Quiller.
Telford's Change.
Hammond.
I've seen Columbo so many times I know all the scripts by heart (well near enough) so I don't tend to watch them now. I watch Kojak when it's on.
Same here dave, but I'm just hooked on him !
Question Author
For example ,
Burleyshirley ?
I think my fave is "Columbo Goes Undercover" (Tyne Daly is delicious as the ageing prostitute). I also like the scene at the mission in "Double Exposure" when the nun mistakes him for a tramp.
