So: My best friend has had a crush on me since years and I don't see him that way and he has accepted it, but now I have a crush on his best friend and I think we would be so great together, but I don't wanna hurt him, so what should I do?

I don't think that follows - my best friend often refers to another of our acquaintances as his "best friend". I doubt if my 5 bestest friends would rate me in the top 3 of theirs!
