The Gift, Netflix

Trying to find this psycological thriller eith Jason Bateman, but keep getting a series with same name. Cant seem to find the one we want. Any suggestions?

It looks like the movie might have been deleted from Netflix.

Although I don't have Netflix myself, I do know (through answering previous Netflix questions here) that it's usually possible to find the relevant Netflix info simply by googling the movie's title together with 'netflix' and (where necessary any additional info needed to identify the specific movie).

e.g. googling 'the gift netflix' brings up the first Google link as one which goes to the 'wrong' movie/series on Netflix's site.

Googling 'the gift netflix bateman' though brings up the first Google link as one which clearly looks as if it ought to go to the 'right' movie but clicking on it only leads to a '404 error', which means that the page no longer exists. That strongly suggest to me that the movie is no longer available on Netflix. (Sorry!)

Further, looking for it on Amazon shows that Amazon Prime now hold the UK streaming rights for it, which could explain why it's no longer on Netflix.

If you really want to watch it though, you can buy a used DVD of it through Amazon for just £2.49 including postage:
