Thursday. A bit misty outside, so it's warm gear when I go out. Not a lot to do, just a wee bit of shoplifting. Then the joys of domesticity. Then idlitis. Good pan.

feeling pretty awful, this is 5th time of waking since 9pm, given up on it now

I saw her last week, only suggestion is a nasal wash, to help me breathe better, but am waking up so often, as said 5 times tonight, can;t breathe and feel like i am suffocating.

desperate for some proper sleep, can't rely on drugs like Nytol or Night nurse as they haven't worked for me.

might ring them later, see what i can do.

no one can, might ask sqad if he thinks there is a medical reason for waking this often.

yes, but they are at a distance, and only phone consult. that is if one can get a phone call back.

constant blowing nose, and feel like i have a lump at base of throat, its why i can't breathe or feel like i will suffocate. Only given up going to sleep now, had my coffee its all i can do
