Wednesday. Dense high cloud this morning. I'm not expecting any rain though...So that means it probably will!
Nothing special to do today, just collect the paper and a wee bit of shoplifting, which is just as well since it was a lousy night. I predict a kip on the recliner later.

ok, did go to bed early, nothing on the tv, so shuffled off, but waking this early makes me a bit dopey, more than usual that is.....

Spot on emmie. No reason for it, just 'one of those nights' They happen occasionally.

still the forecast is good, just like yesterday warm and sunny, maybe time to get into the local park and do a spot of sun bathing if its that nice.

Morning folks. A grey day here in the Manchester Metropolis but no rain - yet! I must admit that sleeping is not a problem for me. I'm up early today to take my daughter to work. Dads' taxi and all that!

i never had that problem as i don't drive. I did try learning once, but keeping a car with tax, insurance, MOT, and all that other stuff just wasn't worth it.

Morning Boaty and Emmie. Should be an interesting day today. My daughter and the children are visiting from Leeds for the first time since lockdown, although we have been over to theirs on one occasion.

Dad's taxi was to ferry them to and from work and evening jobs. I never took the offered petrol money. I taught them both to drive and both passed their test first time.
