The question only really makes sense if all the white presenters were "talented". Who knows... but there is no real reason to suggest that "diversity" waters down "talent" somehow. I'm sure it's possible to have both.

It would seem that diversity does water down talent, seeing that they seem very concerned over their ethnicity than their talents.

If they happen to have these talents surely they will shine through.
Surely those on tv should represent the nation that watches them?
So imho there should be more ethnic minorities on tv.

No, aog... that hasn't always happened so far. Even if talents "shine through" they are still under-represented. Do you believe that "diversities" are actually less talented? Or do they get less opportunities? Which is it?
