Well,ya know I was plunged into darkness by that power cut in the early hours.This morning I was about to go in the shower when a fella knocked from the power company to say they were going to knock the power out for an hour.I told him it wasnt good enough etc etc.He knocked again a while after to say that it was going to be off longer and I freaked out.He said he was gonna file a report to his gaffer that I had been verbally and physically abusive towards him and that the police would be contacted.

He ruined my day.

These days it doesn't take much for people to take offence.
Without power you are entitled to a bit of a rant.
It takes days for Plod to investigate real crimes so they won't be calling on you this year :-)

All I had were fellas slamming van doors and shouting to each other.They just took the ***.Maybe I did overeact but his manner made me.
