Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. It's warm outside, a balmy 11.3°C. I'm happy with that at this time of year.

A quiet day on the canal yesterday. Only took £46 all day. Not many visitors. We had a birthday party for a wee 6 year old. The children were delightful! All well behaved and had fun, including a boat ride. The adults cleared up afterwards.
My mate and his wife treated me to dinner at The Anchor, Thornbury afterwards. It's one of my favourite pubs.

Friends to dinner today. The Wee White Tornado will be supervising in the kitchen no doubt. I wonder how many wee treats will fall off the worktop! :o}

No Boaty some sleep, Jen had a fall in the night, refused any medical assistance, I know that there is no physical damage, got her settled and she's sleeping now. If it were serious I would have had no hesitation in 999 call.

Well got nice leg of lamb for tea with all the trimmings, will be cooked by my own fair hands, just have to wake up in time to do it. I've been finding it very wearing and now people / friends are asking me if I am well. Will have to take cat naps during the day when I know Jen is safe.
