kval, have you heard the album 'Famous Blue Raincoat' by Jennifer Warnes? It's all Leonard Cohen songs, and is fab - every track. Here's a taster:

Famous Blue Raincoat is my absolute all time favourite song if I could only choose one GG, and this is such a lovely emotive version. Weirdly I'm about a mile away from Clinton Street at the moment x

I love this Jennifer Warnes album, but I don't have a copy as my ex ended up with it. Definitely worth tracking down, there's not a weak track on it - her voice so suits those songs. I particularly like her take on 'First We Take Manhattan'.
