went next door to get a parcel meant for me - son has just had a 4 week old baby and was holding him in his arms, "oh hold on, I'll get it for you and placed the baby in my arms - I haven't held a baby in years so I nearly passed out. Luckily I didn't. OMG

Question Author
yes it was lovely Woofgang but I sure was very nervous
yes, I have no kids of my own and my best friends eldest son had a baby on christmas day 2016. I held her when she was about a month old and was paralysed.....realised the last baby I had held was her uncle who is my godson and was then 28 years old!
ah, don't worry, at that age they bounce like a tennis ball.

that's right JNO - unfortunately this happened to my neighbour's niece some years ago - she dropped the little baby - husband took him to hospital - he was fine but she went on to commit suicide that day. x
^ Really ??
Question Author
HereIam - Really true unfortunately.
That's very sad jj.
That's truly awful JJ, poor family.
That's horrific! The baby was fine, and even if he wasn't fine, it was an ACCIDENT!
Omg. Terrible.
OMG. That is truly tragic.Im so sorry.
that is awful, jj, how sad. I suspect there may have been more to it than just dropping a baby.
Question Author
no that's it Jno - she accidently dropped in the kitchen - when husband was away in hospital with the baby - she done the deed. Nobody was there.
Oh it was her own baby? That's awful JJ, I misread what you'd initially put x
jj, what I meant was that she might have been suffering some kind of postnatal depression.
