I’m a freshman and I like a boy. Last year on the last day of school I sent my friend to tell him I liked him, which I then avoided him the rest of the day out of nervousness. I tried to get in contact with him by email that summer and gave him my number but he replied that his phone was broken and getting a new one soon. That was months ago and I never got a reply. Now at school I see him with a new phone. What should I say when randomly messaging him out of the blue on instagram?
