Depends on the bread - read the information on the wrapper.

It didn't come with a wrapper, that's why i'm asking!! I bought the loaf from Gregg's. i'm not that desperate to know so i'm not going to go back to where i got it from, i just thought someone on here might know!

Sorry Kirki, didn't mean to be offhand. I'm currently using a Hovis Original Wheatgerm loaf and the values are, per 40g slice: Fat 0.8g (saturates 0.1g); salt 0.48g*; calories 84.

* Salt is sometimes quoted as sodium and this would be 0.19g.
