Even if there is nothing good on what do you absolutely refuse to watch??
I will NOT watch any of the TOWIE, Geordie Shores, Love Island or any of those awful reality shows, X Factor, The Voice as the winner never is heard of again.....

I don't know because if I don't fancy what's on i do something else.
Well....the fecking Eurovision Song Contest is a no no for me !

And reality shows of any kind are just a boring waste of time.
A Diane Abbot interview.
The only reality shows I watch are Four In A Bed and Strictly Come Dancing.
I refuse to watch anything with Keith Lemon, Jo Brand, Jimmy Carr or Jimmy With The Big Teeth whose surname I can't remember.
Reality TV, reconstruction crime dross from America, burds making out that sticking bright wallpaper on a chimney breast is rocket science and sarky posh sorts selling rubbish houses to pretentious knobs who insist on calling a room or garden a 'space'.

Apart from that, pretty much anything goes. :)
hc, Rob Beckett?

Oh god yes I refuse to watch Keith Lemon!
Diane Abbot interviews are a must see imo.
Smow your list is just about my list....
Your question, Smowball, seems to assume that the 'norm' is to have the telly on and only turn it off (or over) if there's something totally unwatchable on.

I work the other way round, where my 'norm' is to have the telly off and I only turn it on if there's something which I really want to watch. I can't recall turning it on at all during the past week.
Smow, I agree with you on all of those. I also won't watch the terrible shows OH watches which are all about people doing doing their jobs in airports, as bailiffs, police people, traffic wardens etc. I do like Tattoo Fixers, though.

Great minds woof! Interesting Chris- even though I work from home the TV is never on till about 7pm and if nothing worth watching the volume is turned right down and I read etc..... but it's still on. Hmmmmm...
I agree with Buenchico, too. I love it when OH is out of the house and I don't have to listen to his rubbish programmes. If I have the choice (not often) I only switch it on if there's something I want to watch.
I cannot watch tv before 7pm - if there is something on before then I have to record it.
It just doesn't feel right to be watching tv during the daytime. Maybe it's because I grew up when the only daytime tv was school programmes and lunchtime news.
I meant Alan Carr earlier - the chap with the big teeth.
Paul O'Grady For the Love of Dogs and any other domestic animal based show.
Forgot the hour long adverts that are 'crafting', hosted by some very strange individuals and even stranger 'experts'*.
Over half the stock has NOT gone and it WILL be available again if it sells out.

*Leonie excepted. :)
Anything that involves Simon Cowell.
Alan Carr's teeth aren't big, they're just a bit random.
If his teeth aren't big he must have too many - it's the only feature that stands out, even when he's on the radio :D
