Jacket Sizes.

I bought a 44R jacket on-line from Debenhams. It seems to have been designed for someone a bit thinner than I am so what size do I need for a comfortable fit?

I do, yes. The jacket was half price in a sale and looking at it it's obviously cut to fit someone a lot thinner then me. That's probably why it's on offer.

Around the shoulders and chest it's a perfect fit. But the paunch prevents buttoning it. :-)

we can only adise of sizing.ie if r is too small then he ought to look at L or xl

next time u r in Debenhams try some jackets on, ask the assistant what would be your size for a comfortable fit, you don't have to buy, but at least you will know what to order next time.
