I think it was the DI from the Bill - he sang as the lead singer of A Ha (Morten Harket)? The song was Take On Me? Wasn't really watching too closely.

Yes It was Andrew Lancell from The Bill Who deservedly won as Morton Harket From Aha. But he sang The Sun Always Shines On Tv.
