Didn't realize till I read my TV magazine that 2 of the TOTP women had died.
Flick Colby in 2011 and Louise Clarke died last year.

I used to love watching them all, and to think they were seen as a bit risque
in those days!!!

Blimey, I didn't know that, trt.
My mates and I spent many a happy hour holding the bar up and discussing Pans People latest appearance on TOTP.
Why would you know?

Death is never a happy thing but were their lives so influential that their deaths would be reported?

Flick Colby wasn`t in Pan`s People though, was she? I thought she was the choreographer.
Flick was a dancer in the early days of Pan's People.

Yes they were ummmm, they were famous, and yes it was reported!
Sorry....
I too only found out today when reading the magazine from the Express but hardly surprising, they are getting on a bit now and time and tide waits for no man. Don't mean to sound disrespectful but Legs & Co took over 36 years ago now (I remember being asked to call 01 (if you're outside London) 811 8055 or send a postcard if you're not on the phone) to vote for them. I cherish the opportunity BBC4 has given to record all these classic images of their raunchy poses as it was 1989 before I bought a VCR.
It was Flick Colby who did the solo dance to Bridge Over Troubled Waters , it was a black & white video, very haunting and simply done.
i posted that back in 2011 the day Flick Colby died.
