I couldn't understand half of what Hannibal was saying. Am I alone?

you are not alone. a total mumbler from start to finish.do the people who make these programmes not watch them before they are broadcast?

Ahh ... I'm not alone. A mumbler with what appeared to be a foreign accent too!! I think they do watch the programmes - but they know what's going on before they watch, so they probably don't notice the flaws.

If it was Hannibal the cannibal perhaps he was talking with his mouth full. If it was the Carthiginian he'd be talking in an obscure tongue.
