Trying to get part 2 on iPlayer...great prog ramme
I have been recording it all week and having started to watch it yet - but the trailers sounded good - the Beeb have shown several great weekday afternoon dramas in the last couple of years .... did you see 32 Brinkburn St, which had 2 generations of the same family running storylines in the same house but decades apart - that was great, as was The Indian Doctor ......... I am pleased to hear WPC56 is worth watching, glad I recorded it now! Thanks FGT x
It's really good. I also enjoyed the one about the National Service which was on a few months ago.

Sorry HC did not see your thread on it.

I caught it quite by accident on Monday and have been hooked ever since.
I keep reading about it and intended to watch it today but got engrossed online and missed it, i will watch it on catch-up, it's going to be on all the time isn't it?
Can you remember the name of the recent BBC afternoon drama about a woman police inspector and her sergeant?
All the action was in the police station interviewing witnesses and suspects/

She was a retired police superintendent in real life.
Preferred the afternoon series about National Service. Believe there is another in the pipeline.
DJ Probably only on for 1 week if like the other afternoon programmes.
yes I am enjoying it after seeing a thread about it on here, I managed to download the first two episodes, and now downloading the 3rd.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, hope there is a 2nd series.

Exactly so, Roslyn.

As is Father Brown, the afternoon drama they broadcast a few months ago.
