Naturally without the need for drugs or drink, i exercise when i wake up so by nighttime my body's tired and so i rest deep and refreshed and don't wake up dehydrated or hungover.

Yes cannot retire without a book.Dont necessarily get round to opening it but panic if I have nothing to read during the night.

Well mr sandman has sprinkled his sleepy dust in my eyes so i'd better be off to bed as muscle repairs itself and the potent fat burner and life extenders growth hormone and testosterone is excreted at night so i'd like to take full advantage of these great and rejuvinating hormones.

Incidentally alcohol is bad for both of these but i'm not here to preach.
