Do you think a TV Host makes or breaks a show,I used to watch Countdown but can't get used to Nick Hewer, he is great on the Apprentice but not suitable
for Countdown, can't imagine Strictly without Bruce, Deal or No Deal without Noel, best current hosts Alexander Armstrong Pointless, Bradley Walsh The Chase.

Nick best since Richard imo , cant stand Noel, pointless is good with both presenters working together.

Bradley Walsh is my Favourite, followed by Alexander and Richard on Pointless.

Well Mary, I'll just have to make do with My old man. He's not as bright as Richard.....But He does speak a smidgen of Latin, so I'll have to make do with that. Right I'm off to bed. Night All xxxx

If the show is a good format it can survive many changes of host, such as Antiques Roadshow.

I think Nick's brilliant, his dryness is perfect, much better than some of the other presenters since St Richard. Alexander Armstrong is great on Pointless, a sort of Joan Bakewell equivalent, the thinking woman's whatsit.
