It was upsetting tigs,as you can *feel* the helplessness and incomprehension as the events unfold....they were so unprepared for it.

I saw the film of the plane that was headed towards Washington D.C. but crashed in Shanksville a few years ago and I cried for ages. Can't remember what the film was called but it was terrifying.
