I have apparently been barred from the local Co-op for being rude and aggressive towards one of the checkout 'ladies'.

I wouldn't mind but the 'lady' in question would make Attila the Hun seem like Bo-Peep :-(

Ooh Craft, what did you say?

O dear poor you craft - what on earth did you do? sincerely hope you didn't spit on the strawberries! :))

I, quite rightly, in my opinion, told her off for being extremely rude about another customer...............if she'd worked for me I'd have sacked her.
It was that lunchtime pint of vodka......

(I did have an urge to call her B00)
Just tell her "Are you by any chance a CSR?" (Charm School Reject!)
well you should have said something to the store manager and let him nut her.....
Did you call her a Divvy?
Really impressed, well done you

DT I think the manager is scared of her...............she's an extemely gossipy person who I usually try not to talk to if at all possible, I just want her to take my money and leave me alone.
Hey!

I'm never rude to my customers!

(I wait till they've gone before I call 'em)
Well she'll certainly leave you alone now!
I went to my local co-op this morning to get a few bits for my daughter and grandkids journey to Dorset. They charged me £5-50p for a six pack of water which was priced at £1-27. I soon got my re-fund !!! I really dis-like the co-op and only go there when I really have to. BUT never again. Horrible shop...
Just walk back in head high and call the manager if she starts to give you any grief.

That's the thing B00 that is exactly what she did.

There is a very old lady who is unfortuantely really smelly (if I see her in the PO I go back later on when she's gone). When I got to the checkout she was at the front with about 5 people behind her. This Co-op nazi took her money, smiled goodbye, and then when she had left proceeded to tell everyone how disgusting she smelt and how she'd now have to get the air freshener out.

If the poor woman could have heard her she would have been mortified.

I'm still fuming and this was in Monday.
If she was rude about a customer then I would have complained also. I did this very recently in Morrisons - the woman was awful!
What a horrible checkout lady. I would complain to the manager, or Head Office, in writing.
Question Author
lol it was the manager who told me today that I was 'no longer welcome' due to 'abuse of staff'...................I just bit my lip and walked out (there's a Tesco half a mile away)
I hate the Co-op anyway lol
