When users ask to leave, and haven't been suspended or banned. Does that mean they are free to come back with a new name?

I am so sorry to hear that she has decided to leave - I believe it could have been her who had the issues on a blind OP thread yesterday.....there was too much linkage with a thread from the night before.

Bobbi - if it is you and you are looking in, our sympathy and come back to us......some of will miss you and I would even say some of those who needled you will do so as well......

she asked to leave so I assume thats what she wanted to do, I cant see the point of her coming back in a guise because she wanted to leave, she wasnt removed.

Ed - suggestion: would it not be a ghood idea to have a technology status thread from you to report on progress and avoid some of the meaningless threads on back buttons, avatars etc etc....

I believe Bobbi thinks it would be in her best interests not to return.

This question is inevitable when it comes to a user like Bobbi, those who can should direct others on this line of questioning to this question.

yes - ummmm - there was a thread the night before about her hub being absoloutely plastered and spilling curry all over the sofa.

And I recall from the hazy past something about her hub not liking a kiss that someone stole from her in her early days. I am not going to go ploughing through all her threads but perhaps someone else may remember. There was too much coincidence.

I hope that I am wrong for her sake....but if it is true, she needs all the sympathy and maybe those with her e-mail could contact her to say that we are here and want to support her, if she wishes.......I would hope that even those who have had their run-ins with her would not begrudge her that.
