no. she is locked away in a little trailer saying 'dangerous' or summink. she reappears at the end on the back of the train.

Noooooooooooo, she doesn't die! An unhappy ending with a Disney film? Are you mad??! ;-)

As Ankou's said, she reappears at the end, when all the other elephants finally accept Dumbo for who he is, and they all live happily ever ever.

Aww,w ive gone all warm and fuzzy thinking about it.
