Hi everyone!

Okay, simple Q- I wanna read a book but it isnt available other than as an Ebook. I know those are for nooks but can my computer read it without any extra software? If I need extra software where can I find a freeware version of said software?

I know my computer probably will be able to just open it but I wanted to check before spending my money, ty!

eBook is a fairly generic term for an electronic book rather than a specific format and the nook can open a few different formats but it's standard format is epub

To correctly answer this question you will need to say exactly what format the ebook is going to be in and if it will have any digital rights management (DRM)
