How does Izzie get her wheechair in and out of Roy's Rolls with the partition wall right at the door also there are stairs into the cafe?

Have seen her getting off wheelchair and onto chairs etc don't know what her condition is though, just wondering how she manages to maneuver in and out of shops etc
Apparently she is a wheel-chair user in real life - saw it on another thread a while ago.
she is genuinely disabled, but can pull herself up to stand briefly.
She is a wheelchair-user in real-life.........so if Izzie does it, it's because Cherylee Houston can do it.

not to mention the 14 inch wide (from the outside) doors in the rovers which miraculously appear twice the size from the inside lol
