The legal representatives of the accused will see it.
Hi clickityclick

Do you have any particular concern's regarding disclosure of witness statements etc?.

(Be careful not to mention any specific's regarding the actual case you are involved in).

hi
not really just my partner is the victim of one of the gbh which the defendant has eventually entered a guilty plea at the plea and direction hearing, but the case is still going to trial for other gbh and assault on the 2 other victims, we would just like the full events told to the jury so we can hopefully get guilty verdicts for other charges.
Both legal teams (prosecution and defence) will see the statement, and they in turn can pass it on to their clients.

The judge will also have a copy in his 'bundle'.

The jury do NOT see witness statements.
