Can someone please explain to me how come Sam Mitchell cannot contest Andy's will and get the house - they did not have their decree absolute did they - so she is still his legal wife.  I know he mentioned her in the will leaving her wedding ring and so this shows he had not forgotten her.  Also years back why did Pat Evans not inherit the house from Roy, why did Barry have it, and now it turns out that it was rented anyway so her name would have been on the sgreement as she had it first with Frank Butcher?

the same reason the cameras at the bank didnt see that arthur fowlers mate took the xmas club money and not him !

also,theres a family in it at the moment who are penniless and couldnt afford to buy cough medicine - arent they on benefits and getting free prescriptions then ?!

is this the saddest question on here? but whilst we are on the subject of sad questions, whats happened to sooty?

I know Matthew had Leukemia hopefully hes a bit better now, he always seemed like a decent bloke.
I meant Matthew from Sooty and not Eastenders btw Tank you verrry maaach!
the actors must be as thick as the script writers not to point out these blatent flaws to them.
