please help......settee

we ordered a corner unit back in 16/11/2010 it arrived last saturday that was 29/01/2011 when it got here the delivery men left it covered up and asked us to pay the rest of the money witch we payed in cash, when we tried to put it together, we found out it wasn't what we asked for, it would not fit together, we phoned straight away and they said someone will be out Tuesday ( today) when he came he took photos and told us to phone shop after 2, we told the shop we want a refund as we are not happy with it, its not what we wanted. Now they have to phone back tomorrow. Could you tell us where we stand on this, are we entitled to a full refund.As this is not our fault we have still got the settee covered in the packaging it came in thank you ps thanks for your help

if it is not what you ordered then I would say yes, you ought to be entitled to your money back, I always check a delivery before I even sign for it

i know now, they just couldn't get away quick enough
once I had a new floor covering put down in my kitchen by john lewis while I was at work. When I came home discovered it was the correct covering but in blues instead of browns, other half colour blind did not notice.....not only did I get money back but they also took up and replaced with correct one !
