i was agureing with door staff at a pub and they waved the police in was very drunk and didnt no what i was doing im never usualy like that
If you're just an ordinary usually law abiding citizen of the UK you can reasonably expect a haeavy fine or a custodial sentence, if you belong to any of the various groups I'm not going to name as I don't want to appear non-pc you can expect a slap on the wrist or perhaps even a few bob compensation for wasting your time

did they offer you the chance to contact a solicitor?
you'll be out for xmas, cos they dont want to look after you. Say sorry on you knees, hands clasped in prayer & you may get off with a warning.
Question Author
the police said it will either be a fine or a warning because its me first he said wouldnt be a custodial sentence anyway
Question Author
yes they did i done interview on me own but will have one on the day they said if i brought one i might not have any fines or anything to pay
Question Author
does anyone no how much the fine would likely be?
They'll be knee-deep in drunks at this time of year...........you'll be let off with a caution.
it sounds as if the police gave you a good idea of what your punishment will be............if you take it as a warning not to get so drunk in the future , it will be a good lesson for you.. but you are young and it is xmas and we all did silly things when young,
i would have thought a cuation would be plenty- but clarify for me- did you have an interview without a solicitor present - and if so did they offer you the chance of a solicitor?
Question Author
yea the police wernt so bad they said because i have no pervious and that might be a caution lets hope so.thanks for the help
