Yup, Im feeling very thwarted. Can I claim my money back from a main car dealer for charging me for fitting unecessary parts that did not need fitting ? In the end I told them what needed doing (after my own research) which solved the problem ! I feel totally despondent now and feel conned good n proper, also are they legally obliged to provide paperwork for ALL parts fitted (albeit some FOC as i created a scene)....I have reported them to Trading Standards.
