You enter into an agreement with another party to transfer the offending timeshare to him. If the property is held as a freehold, and not part of an 80 year 'Club' system, you will almost certainly have to involve a lawyer as it is a property transction.
Timeshare is very difficult to get rid of, and in many cases has very little value.
