i won a ccj against my ex for monies she owes for her share of the mortgage. she owns a new car but has recently changed the registered keeper, but is still driving it and clearly still the owner. if i apply for a warrant of execution how do i prove she is still using her car and is still the owner.

The bailiffs appointed to carry out the warrant of execution should be able to advise you about the realistic chances of seizing your ex's car and getting your money through selling it at auction. However it might be more practical to get your money through other means:

as far as im aware a bailiff will check the ownership of a car so if she isnt the registered keeper they wont be able to levy on it. you could try another way of enforcing the ccj such as attachment of earnings if she is working or third party debt order if you know her bank details.
Utter tripe. The registered keeper is not the same thing as the legal owner.
